The Park itself is situated in the grounds of a hotel which belongs to a famous Female Spanish Singer. With this on your doorstep you will have access to all the facilities and enjoy the comforts of its bar, restaurant, swimming pool etc.

The normal plots are 120-130sq.m however 200sq.m plots are available and it is possible to have either a single mobile park home or a spectacular double sized home.
The owners have their own stables and horses can be seen being trained. It is even possible to have your own horse stabled here and enjoy trecking in the fantastic countryside.

      
The development is set amongst olive trees and each plot will have spectacular views of the surrounding countryside.
The local village of Los Corrales is about half a mile away and has all the facilities you would expect including restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks and a medical centre etc.

     
The larger Town of Osuna is only about 15 minutes away and there you will find everything you would expect including the main Hospital.
Because of its idyllic situation there are three airports that can be used namely Malaga, Granada and Seville.

Picadero Mobile Home Park is a park with a difference, not only is it a residential/holiday park for those who wish to put their feet up and soak up the rays, it offers whatever the season because of its location varied activities, country walks which is a health benefit to all who participate. Where you decide to take your country walk in Spain and how much walking you do will depend on your level of fitness.  A nice, easy ramble along country lanes, enjoying the flora and fauna of the Olive groves is often more than enough for those who aren’t used to strenuous walking, while other will prefer the challenge of hill walking, choosing country walks that take them into more varied terrain. 

That’s not all, Picadero Park is the ideal place for horse enthusiasts, here you could bring your own horse over from the UK or buy one here, the park has its own stables.  Horse riding is not generally regarded, as the most physically demanding activity, but it can be good exercise and an activity that can be enjoyed by all ages. It is recognized as an excellent therapy that can help to improve numerous mental and physical disabilities. The health, condition, and fitness of the horse are usually given much more attention than that of the rider.

Andalucia’s fantastic geographical location makes for an ideal bird watchers and photographers paradise the whole year round, with large areas of Andalucia being zoned as natural parks allowing the bird populations plenty of natural habitats.  With 13 resident raptor species in Andalucia, as well as several that migrate here annually from Africa.  The best place to see them in the more mountainous parts of the province where they circle high in the sky riding the thermals.  You can bird watch everyday here, different locations nearby include Natural parks, mountain ranges and old passes, lakes and reservoirs, the famous Flamingo Lakes are only thirty minutes away.  This way you get chance to see lots of different species and some spectacular views of the Andalucia countryside.

Maybe the aspiring artists out there are short on ideas of what to paint, set up your easel on your decking and off you go, not forgetting the typical Spanish Fiesta’s. Enjoy warm sunshine amongst fragrant almond and olive groves, surrounded by spectacular scenery and classic Spanish villages. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced artist you can choose to paint as much as you like or simply chill by the pool with a glass of wine.
Last but not least for those of you who still have time on their hands there is always touring the beautiful country of Spain, playing a round of Golf in Antequera, visiting your local village Los Corralos, the stunning museums, monuments and churches of Osuna.  The famous lakes of Ardales are great for swimming and fishing.
