There have been numerous times we have heard from clients that they wished a particular mobile home had a different colour kitchen or a different lounge. They may also have expressed that they may have preferred an open plan area,separate dining area, large concertina style front opening doors and the list goes on & on.

COSTA DEL PARADISE and PRESTIGE PARK AND LEISURE HOMES are working together to provide the ultimate in choice for Residential Park Homes and Leisure Homes abroad.

All the homes that are offered come with Residential Specification BS 3632 and this is of particular importance when clients are wanting their home abroad as they are cooler in summer and warmer in winter.

Once you have decided on the Park in Spain where you would like your new Home then this is the time to move forward.

PRESTIGE PARK AND LEISURE HOMES produce standard models which are detailed below however the base model of each of these homes can be used and then can be tailored to your specific requirements to provide your own Bespoke Home.

THE BESPOKE HOME:

You will find the process on the "DESIGN-A-HOME" programme very simple:

We take you to meet the designers at PRESTIGE'S factory and head office and it is here where you will start to make your dreams come true.

A visit around the factory enables you to see the build quality for yourself and we are sure you will be highly impressed.

In the design area the designers will be on hand to start to create your dream home.

The first consideration is approximately what size of home you need, followed by number of bedrooms,bathrooms,baths and or showers,ensuite facilities,lounge and dining area layout.

Following this simple proceedure a layout plan will be produced for your consideration.

Once you are satisfied with the layout plan the exciting adventure starts. It is at this point that colours,furnishings,kitchen units,flooring even down to choice of taps will be seen. A great choice of all aspects are offered.

As you will appreciate this process may need careful consideration and time so that you can achieve your own unique home. With this in mind we offer you an overnight stay so that nothing is rushed.Another visit to the designers can then be done the following day. This is the time to reflect on your thoughts and see if the layout plans are to your satisfaction.

During the build period we will keep you fully informed as to progress and before finalisation you will be invited to visit the factory to see that everything is to your liking.

After this has all been completed the costings department will then provide a fully itemised costing of your home. This can take a little while to complete so you can choose to wait or have it sent to you.

Once you have received the costing items can be deleted or added. This gives you time to tailor the requirements and the price accordingly.
