We realise the concerns that people have as we have firsthand experience when we originally bought our own home in Spain.
Our Company is different in approach and the services we provide.
From the initial contact you will be met by one of the most friendly and helpful members of our team who will provide you with any information you require.
We know that location of your home is of paramount importance and we are proud of the parks that we have to offer. It is very simple to see the parks and we provide a service to enable you to see them.
Our Inspection Trip Service:
These are tailored to your own individual requirements and you are not part of a group.
The whole visit is conducted in a very relaxed manner stopping for coffee breaks etc. as often as required. All our team know this is a very important stage for you and we guarantee that NO Pressure will ever be applied. We just want you to experience a truly wonderful and informative visit.
If you are flying into Spain you will be met at the airport and then taken to your accommodation.
Depending on flight time arrivals and also on your wishes we will arrange the first day to suit yourselves.
On the second day we will pick you up from your accommodation and take you to see the parks of your choice and also the surrounding areas of interest. Once again this will be in a very relaxed manner. We will then take you back to your place of stay and make arrangements for the following day.
On the third day and dependant on time available we will take you to revisit any park or area and at the end of your visit we will take you back to the airport for your flight home.
If you are in Spain on Holiday-- We can pick you up from your hotel and take you to see our parks this may entail a small charge for petrol dependant on the length of journey.
Sometimes clients are in the immediate vicinity of the park in which case you can be met and shown around the Park/s without any charge.
For clients who decide they want to buy a home we do our upmost to help. Some clients may already know which home they want and if this is the case then later in this article we deal with the Buying Process.
For clients who are unsure who do not know the model they want then we have numerous options available.
In the initial stages Manufacturers brochures can be shown or their particular website can be seen.
We realise that nothing is as good as being able to “touch & feel” and therefore there are numerous ways we can show you the homes. This may include seeing the homes at one of the numerous exhibitions in the UK, at a showground or at the Manufacturers premises.
Once a client is fully happy that they want to proceed then we embark onto the next stage:
The Buying Process:
We will have already given you a very competitive price for your choice and we will then give you an approximate delivery time.
It is at this time we will ascertain if there are any additional options you may require.
Once a client is fully happy to continue we then ask for a 30% non refundable deposit and the balance being payable 10 clear working days before the home leaves the factory for its journey to Spain.
Before the home leaves the factory clients can view the home at the Manufacturers grounds.
WHAT WE DO NEXT:
We keep you fully informed at all stages prior to despatch.
We personally visit the factory and inspect the home in order to identify any problems so that these can be rectified whilst in the UK
We arrange the transport and attend to all aspects relating to this aspect. The home is fully insured throughout its journey.
We are onsite in Spain for its arrival to check for any possible problems.
We then proceed to have the home sited onto the chosen plot. This siting procedure includes the installation of the services namely, Gas, Electrics and Water.
Within the home certain items will have been packed for safe transportation these will then be unpacked and put into place. Another check will be made to appliances etc and any problems reported and rectified as soon as possible.
The home will then be cleaned and prepared for you.
Upon arrival in Spain you will be met and taken to your new home. We will run through all the operation procedures and we will also introduce you to the Reception of your chosen park.
We continually look at ways to improve and now we have introduced our completely free Platinum Service for buyers of New Mobile Homes.
This is initially provided on our parks in The Antequera Region, namely Humilladero Park, La Posada Park, La Vina Park and Saydo Park. It is our intention to develop this free service further and Cabopino Park will be the next to encompass this outstanding service.
Our FREE Platinum Service includes:
√ Upon your arrival in Spain we Pick you up from the Airport and take you to your New Home
√ We will run through the full aspects of your home with you
√ A Welcome Pack awaits
√ In your home you will find a Park information Pack which includes contact telephone numbers, details of nearest shops, supermarkets, chemists, doctors, health centres, hospitals and the Park details
√ One of our team will take you around the local area
√ Once you have settled in and at your convenience we will arrange for our speciality representative to meet with you and deal with your NIE registration and this also includes payment of the stamp duty
√ Our representative will also take you to the Town Hall for registration
√ Our representative will take you to open a bank account
√ We provide the contact for you to do your Home & Content Insurance
√ We have our own decking operatives who will quote you with a price and if acceptable will design the project and the continue with the build
√ We have our own Repair Service who are available to rectify any problems
√ We honour guarantees as specified by the manufacturer of your chosen home
√ We take you to the Park office and introduce you to the management and deal with any aspects that need attention
√ We have representatives close by for any emergencies
√ We have access to an Interpreter and legal representative if the need arises
