We had been looking for a park home for a year or so but nothing tempted us to sell our villa until we heard through people we know about El Paraiso.
We telephoned Costa del Paradise and booked an appointment to go and view the park. On arrival Marion and myself knew straight away that this was the place for us, the scenery is lovely, you wake up in the morning and see palm trees and mountains and it is only a 10 minute walk into town. Other park homes we viewed were quite a long way to the nearest town. After deciding what Park Home we wanted we reserved our plot then met Bryce and Christine in Kettering where we were put up for a couple of nights while designing our new home. Everything went so smoothly. Costa del Paradise couldn't have been more helpful, We now look on Bryce and his family as friends as does everyone on the park. We have been here 3 weeks now and everyone is so friendly and helpful, it's the best thing we have done.

"When my wife and I decided to look into the idea of moving to Spain tolive, we were lucky to find Costadelparadise.We found their website very informative, and when we first met the family, (and i mean family, not a company) we knew our future plans were safe. After a few visiting sites in many areas of Spain, we chose to live at El Paraiso.
Brice made the viewing very low key, and at no time did we feel anypressure to buy.The next step was finding the right home, this was made easy for us,again with help and information from Costadelparadise.They arranged visits ( with them) to Prestige Homes to view our parkhome, and helped with any query we had.The whole procedure from start to finish, was conducted in a professional and stress free manner.
We are now into our second month at El Paraiso, and enjoying every day with our new friends."

Hilary came to meet us at one of the exhibitions in the uk, she instantly fell in love with a Willerby Home and came and met our overseas Agent Eduardo in Spain to choose her ideal plot. We wish Hillary all the best in her new home and life in Spain

Hi Brice
Just like to say a big big thank you for your continuous help in my move to Spain. Costa Del Paradise has not just helped in the buying and the sighting of my new home but was there when I need help due to my accident while travelling to Spain. It was like having an extended family.
As I'm a lady on her own you was there when I had any questions and worries.
El Paraiso is the best and Manuel, his family and his workmen have all been pleasant friendly and helpful and I know that in February when I move over permanently they will be there to help in anything if I have problem. I think the park is beautiful and it will be up to all of us to come together and make it a real friendly community. Manuel takes pride in what he does and it is up to us to continue in the same way.
Thank you again for showing me this little piece of Spain and please give my thanks to all your family for all they help and friendliness and knowing that I can call at anytime if I need help and advice.
