We always go that bit further and are delighted when we make people's dreams come true and this is not restricted only to clients who buy a home from us.

We have found that there are dissatisfied people who have bought Mobile Homes from other Companies and for whatever reason they are very unhappy and disappointed. This can be for a variety of reasons,however, it is obvious that many clients have been persuaded to have their homes located on Parks which they now know is a problem.

We have negotiated, with some owners of our parks, that we have permission to be able to relocate people with their mobile homes onto their superb parks.

Please remember that we only deal with Mobile Home Parks that pass our vigorous inspections.

This service will surely prove to be the saviour for many and how delighted we would be to be able to turn people's nightmares into a dream.

This service is limited to well kept homes up to 3 years old and pictures or our own inspection would be needed. This is to ensure that the parks keep their high standards.

The benefits of such a move need to be taken into account:

• The existing home can be used on a new park with new facilities and a new way of life can be enjoyed.
• A different location.
• A different set of friends.
• Maybe a much cheaper rent enabling clients to continue living in Spain.
• In some cases where the park has been found to be illegal and the homes therefore unuseable or unsaleable this service provides the perfect solution.
• Some people are trying to sell their homes but are unable to do so. Maybe a change might make a difference- cheaper rents or better location.

One must bear in mind the work that is needed to complete this service. The following aspects have to be completed:

• The home has to be disconnected from all the current services.
• The mobile home has then to be moved from its existing plot.(Sometimes a crane may be necessary)
• There is then the transporting from one location to another. (Distance is a factor)
• The home has then to be sited at the new park
• New connections to services.
• All parks charge an entrance commission and this varies from park to park.

The costs for this change of location varies, with all the factors mentioned above,basically we have to look at where the home is coming from and where it is going before we can give an approximate price for the move.
