All the sites we operate are open all year.

[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Can we live there all year?” open=”no”]

Yes, unlike many parks in the uk you can use the home for 12 months of the year on the majority of our parks

[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Are the parks legal?” open=”no”]

There are so many parks in Spain that do not have a licence and that you will hear horror stories of homes being thrown off, electricity and other mains being stopped. Costa del paradise have visited many, but we will not entertain parks without any licence. We have seen many beautiful parks that many customers would of loved but we will only put clients onto a park that we know will be around for years.

[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”What are the site fees?” open=”no”]

Site fees vary on each park, to find out each ground rent please click onto the parks information.

[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”What are the costs of the electric, gas and water?” open=”no”]

The cost of electric is by meter but works out much cheaper than the UK. The gas is by gas bottle about £12 and this should last about a fortnight. Water and refuse collection is charged as per park details page.

[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Are there any other taxes?” open=”no”]

No, basically the spanish tax is included in your rent. There are no other taxes to pay

[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Once we have agreed to buy a MOBILE HOME how long will it be before we can move in?” open=”no”]

If you are buying a new MOBILE HOME or PARK HOME, the expected delivery date will be told to you at the time of purchase. If you are buying a re-sale it can sometimes be arranged in literally a few days.

[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”If we pay a deposit on a mobile home for sale or a plot reservation is the deposit refundable?” open=”no”]

Any deposits we take for a new mobile home is non refundable as we pay the manufacturer or in the case of a resale mobile home the deposit is forwarded to the seller. In the case of a plot reservation then this is paid to the park and once again is non refundable

[/fusion_toggle][fusion_toggle title=”Will we be able to let out our MOBILE HOME?” open=”no”]

Sites do vary on this topic and it is best to check this out prior to purchase. Some parks charge for visitors to your MOBILE HOME, however the aspect of letting out your home can still prove to be a profitable source of income towards your site costs.
